Lee Mumford (FF1600)

Lee is racing in the FF1600 MS championship this year. Having
already had six rounds of the championship, Lee has finished
2nd in four rounds had mechanical trouble on the green flag
lap at Snetterton and a DNF at Mallory Park recently when
another driver tapped the back of Lee's car and sent him
spinning into the gravel. Lee is currently 4th in the
championship but with only 4 points between him and 2nd place,
Lee is confident he will finish at the top.
Lee Mumford tests Radical SR3

Lee was invited to test a new Radical SR3 by a very high
profile team - Hillspeed. It was Lee's first time out in a
sports car and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Lee was exceptionally
fast and was right on the pace. Lee has been invited back by
the team to enter one of the Radical races and Lee is
particularly keen to enter the race to be held in Dubai at the
end of the year - providing Lee can raise the funds.

If you are able to help Lee in anyway to enter this race,
he would love to hear from you. In return you can expect a
taylor-made sponsorship package for you, your company and your
clients with the help from Hillspeed, Speedwell Racing, Lee's
Manager - Neil Cunningham (also a racing driver) and of course
Lee who would love to take you around the track in this
super-fast Radical sports car. If you dare!!!

Jeff Stokes - Evo Driver

Speedwell is pleased to welcome Jeff Stokes to the Speedwell
Team of drivers. Jeff was born in New Zealand in 1972, and
moved back to his hometown of Derby in the UK with his family
in 1975. Jeff has spent many years driving fast cars and has
owned too many cars to mention but believes his driving skills
were learnt by driving the rear wheel drive cars he loved so
much like the Opel Manta and Ford Escorts, Mark1 and 2's.
When Jeff took delivery of his first Mitsubishi Lancer
Evolution in 1999, he was overwhelmed with the Evo and has
been driving them ever since. Jeff has owned 4 different
versions of the Evo and in 2004 decided to race them
competitively in Sprint and Hillclimb events. Jeff has also
been very involved with trackday events spending many weekends
away following his passion for motorsport and cars. Jeff has
been very successful with his Hillclimb/Sprint racing efforts
and has has won many awards to date.
Neil Cunningham at Le Mans

Neil Cunningham had the opportunity to drive the LMP1 car at
Le Mans recently with team Barazi-Epsilon from France. "It was
one of the fastest cars I have driven" reported Neil "it was a
fantastic weekend, although long, I thoroughly enjoyed the
experience". Neil is keeping busy and will be entertaining us
with his performance show at the British International Motor
Show at Excel from 20-30 July 2006.
Michael Moyers drives F.BMW

Although Michael has been struggling to find the budget this
year, he has managed some testing in various forms of
motorsport and has recently entered a one-off Formula BMW race
with Team Filsell at Croft.
Terry Grant - Stunt Driver shows off again!
Terry Grant, one of the original 'Speedwell Team' members is
showing off again, this time along with Neil Cunningham
(another Speedwell Team member) at the British International
Motor Show at Excel. Terry will be entertaining the public
with his most daring stunts performing precision moves in his
various cars.
